Agreement to Terms

By booking our photo booth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not use our services.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash payments.

Late Payment: Late payment may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before event: 75% refund of deposit
  • 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund

Force Majeure: In case of events beyond our control (severe weather, government restrictions, venue issues), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Service Delivery

Equipment Setup: We require access to the venue at least 1 hour before your event start time for setup.

Power Requirements: A standard power outlet within 15 meters of the photo booth location is required.

Space Requirements: Minimum 3m x 3m space required for standard photo booth setup.

Venue Restrictions: Any venue restrictions must be communicated to us at least 7 days before your event.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details including date, time, and venue information
  • Ensure venue access and power availability as specified
  • Inform guests about photo booth etiquette and appropriate behavior
  • Be responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests
  • Provide safe and secure environment for our equipment and staff

Liability and Insurance

Equipment Insurance: Our equipment is fully insured. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests or venue conditions.

Public Liability: We carry public liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for injuries or accidents during your event unless caused by our negligence.

Photo Loss: While we take every precaution to protect your photos, we are not liable for photo loss due to equipment failure, data corruption, or other technical issues.

Photo Usage Rights

Client Rights: You and your guests retain all rights to photos taken during your event.

Marketing Usage: By using our services, you grant us permission to use select photos for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.

Digital Delivery: Photos will be delivered via online gallery within 48 hours of your event.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs, templates, and creative work produced by Klick Events remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights but not ownership of design elements.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under Australian law in Victoria.
